Kevin Schoener, President of Absolute Energy,
has over 20 years' experience in the Electric Utility and Information Technology industries.
Mr. Schoener designed, developed, deployed, and currently oversees the maintenance of our
comprehensive Energy Management System. Under his guidance, we are continually adding new
capabilities and fine-tuning our Market Opportunity Evaluation system. Utilizing the system,
we make specific recommendations for Real-time and Day-ahead purchases. However, the level of
commitment is driven by the customer. For example, we will identify specific hours to make
Real-time purchases and the customer will decide on the percentage of their total load that
they wish to commit. This system has proven very effective in reducing our customers cost
over the past 6 years.
Another distinguishing characteristic of our approach is that we will provide
you with online access to your data and desired reports, over a secure connection. From your
office in Albany, or a hotel room, or your home computer, you will be able to view:
- Customer account information
- Energy consumption (billing) data
- Preliminary Energy Savings Analyses
- Load Forecast data
- Power purchasing decisions

provide Capacity in addition to Energy to satisfy your load requirements. One way to provide
Capacity is to commit to reducing your load during electric capacity emergencies. Absolute Energy
offers Load Curtailment Services in a Management Fee arrangement, similar to our Energy Management
Services. Our fee structure will allow you to retain a much larger portion
of the Market Value.
